A Sister Circle is a safe, welcoming space for women to come together, slow down, and connect – both inwardly and with one another. Every circle is different, but here’s a little of what you can expect:

• Guided Meditation & EFT Tapping – for emotional release and calm
• Journaling Prompts & Sharing Circle – connect and reflect
• Positive Affirmations – raise your vibration
• Sound Bath Healing – deeply relaxing and energetically restoring
